REFUND POLICY

Within 48 hours of receiving your item, we allow hassle-free returns. Please make sure the product is brand-new, unopened, and that all of the tags and packaging are still attached.

1. Refuse to open any packages that appear to have been tampered with or opened. If at all feasible, please notify us right away by emailing us at srinivasaraop2022@gmail.com or calling us at +91 6304567921

2. If you are unsure about the product's validity, don't open the seal.

3. We do not accept returns or replacements of products once the product seal has been broken.

4. Items bought during a clearance sale are not returnable.

5. Refunds will be issued as shop credits that can be applied to any subsequent purchases made on the website. We don't offer cash back.

REFUND

After receiving your refund request and approving it, we will start processing your refund within two business days.

5-7 days after the refund request is made, it is anticipated that your refund will be credited to the account used to pay for your order. Please be aware that a number of external organizations, including banks, payment gateways, and external couriers, influence when the actual account credit occurs (for cheques).

The refund amount will be put back into the same account (online banking, credit card, debit card) that was used to make the transaction for both canceled orders and returned products (due to incomplete sets, incorrect style, improper sizes, or defective products delivered).
